10 What is the OFO?  Coded occupational categorisation system used for identifying, reporting and monitoring skills demand and supply in the South African labour market  get updated annually with input from industry  All learning programs, occupations and interventions identified in the SSP have to be aligned to the OFO Organising Framework for Occupations CHIETA, The Catalyst for Enhanced Skills, Economic Growth and Employability
