Social Health Relates to how we see ourselves as individuals, as male or female, and how we interact with other people. Encourages contributing to one’s human and physical environment, to the. common of the community. Emphasizes the interdependence with others and nature. Includes the of harmony in ones’ family. welfare pursuit

Personal Health Relates to how we see ourselves as a person, how our ego develops, what we hope to achieve, and how we define success for ourselves. Involves preparing for work in which one will gain personal satisfaction and find enrichment in one’s life through work. Includes finding in unique ways, ways that are defined by what we value and what we hope to accomplish for ourselves and our community. self-fulfilment

Emotional Health Includes expressing your emotions in a healthy way. Includes facing life’s problems and dealing with its pressures, or stress. Includes the degree to which one feels positive and enthusiastic about oneself and life. Includes the capacity to manage one’s feelings and related behaviors, including the realistic assessment of one’s limitations, development of autonomy, and the ability to cope with stress.

Mental Health Encourages creative, stimulating mental activities. Relates to how we get information, knowing where to get the information we need, and how to use the information we receive. Includes liking who you are and accepting yourself.

Physical Health Includes keeping your body fit. Includes total care of you body and meeting the demands of every day life. Encourages cardiovascular flexibility and strength. Encourages knowledge about food and nutrition. Discourages the use of tobacco, drugs, and excessive alcohol. Encourages activities which contribute to a high level of, including medical and appropriate use of the medical system. consumption wellness self-care

Spiritual Health Involves seeking the meaning and purpose of human existence. Involves developing a strong sense of personal values and ethics. Includes the development of a deep appreciation for the depth and expanse of life and the natural forces that exist in the universe.
