2. About Auckland Location: There are 1,397,300 residents which is 32% of the population. There is an airport and the mission bay. It is a very famous beach and it is beautiful.

3. Languages There are two types of languages in New Zealand: Maori and English. Maori is spoken by Maoris' and English was brought from the Britain. Do you know how to say hello in Maori?

5. History Maori were the first to arrive in New Zealand, about 1,000 years ago from Hawaiki. Then, a Dutchman, Abel Tasman, found the country but it was the British who made New Zealand part of their empire.

6. Kiwi Queenstown There are three types of kiwi: fruit, bird and white people who lives in New Zealand. Kiwi(the bird)is the symbol of New Zealand It is very famous for bungee jump since it was where it was invented.

7. Places to go They had filmed Lord of the Ring here. You need to take a boat to see. They had filmed Piano here. The sands are black because of the volcano and they are warm!

8. Albatross Sheep Albatross are biggest birds in the world and the birds who flies the highest. Their wings measures almost 2 meters. You can see them in Northern island. New Zealand has the most sheeps in the world. They produce many wools from them.

10. Sports Rugby is very famous for New Zealand. Do you know the name of the official rugby teem in New Zealand?

12. Events There are many yacht in New Zealand which makes the view more beautiful.There is a yacht festival in New Zealand during the summer.

13. Climate It rains a lot during winter and the temperature is above 0 degree. In summer, the temperature is about 28 to 29 degree when it is very hot.
