3 Cheyenne lived in Texas, Indiana,Kansas,and New Mexico.` `` Another name of the place they lived on is called the Great Plains Location

4 Shelter Their tipis was made from buffalo hides. The Cheyenne got hides for their shelter from buffalo. Tipi walls were hides sewn together with a buffalo-bone needle. They used logs to build the tipis. Farmers had a earth lodge to live in. An earth lodge was round and made of clay and grass.

5 Food They ate a lot buffalo. Also they ate some bison. The Cheyenne got food, but it was hard. The Cheyenne ate wild berries. They ate blood pudding too.[blood pudding is blood and they make it into pudding]

6 Buffalo Buffalo was the Cheyenne’s most important natural resource. Hide:(without hair)tipi covers,blankets,beds,robes shields,clothing Stomach:cooking pots Dung:fuel Bones:sleds,awls,scrapers Hair:rope,stuffing,head dressing skull,part of ceremonial, altar tongue:food Horn:spoons Tendons:thread meat:food
