7 Page No. 7 ISS_CM_019 (Rev 09/2011) Pre-decisional, For Internal Use Only Summary/Parting Thoughts PSRP is committed to working with providers to support NASA/ISSP research goals Early coordination with PSRP is essential, especially if schedule challenges/compressed timelines –Proactive vs. reactive scheduling to secure slot on PSRP calendar –Increased flexibility to review OSB (minimize formal panel meetings), when appropriate/possible ISSP goals for provider usage of new ISS Hazards Tool: –Phase 0/1 (new projects): Full record development/integration –Phase II: Consideration of full record development, transition period from DMS –Phase III: Consideration of full record development, transition period from DMS –Series/Reflight (Phase III): Consideration of full record development, transition from DMS NASA PSRP continues to maintain strong relationships with ISS IP safety communities (IP modules as well as VV transport) –Resource for hardware providers to assist in resolving IP safety concerns Safety Engineer (SE)  Hardware Provider successful interaction is crucial!
