EDU ) IMPROVED ? 1)Self Service Banner needs to work in Internet Explorer. 2)Updated with announcements similar to the crawl on the home page. 3)More training of staff would be nice. 4)Easy access tabs at either top or bottom instead of searching thru topics. 5)Access to items like course schedules more apparent rather than go through the menu and find schedule of classes. Also, when accessing from a remote site, the portal doesn't always allow me to access ANGEL, SS... If this can be addressed, it would be good. 6)More deep links to services, more useful content. 7)I generally use the portal when I am away from my office, approximately 2 or 3 times each month. I frequently experience difficulty accessing various sites, most especially my email. I have also experienced long waits for sites to load. 8)Easier access to resources. Some Responses
