What can we offer? Until October 2010 the National Programme can support organisations to: Gain commitment from SMT, Board, staff Implement culture change and address resistance Change/develop HR and policies/procedures Training for staff and managers Developing routes into employment and traineeships Manage conflicts of interest and issues that arise
