IEP Placement

Children with special needs receive IEP Placement in order to meet Least Restrictive Environment standards IEP Placement Letter will be sent by Early Childhood Center to hold space in boundary Prekindergarten * Ongoing throughout year * Contact Early Learning and Early Childhood Office if at capacity

IEP Placement If Parent does not register for Prekindergarten within ten days after August 25, 2014; Early Childhood Special Educators/ Itinerants confirm the registration of IEP Placement children Early Childhood Center administrators contact the family Email sent to Principal stating the name of the child with letter Letter sent by school principal to family CUM/LAF must be requested from Early Childhood Center after child registers

Transition of Early Childhood Records to Elementary Schools Google Document will be created by Early Childhood Office to indicate which elementary schools will receive records from each Early Childhood Center Email will come from Student Services when Google Doc Elementary School Registrars will have assigned dates to pick up CUM/LAF/Health records
