Issues  All teacher courses not showing up when they log into PowerTeacher  Missing StatePRID for staff  Statewide Student Search  Identifying Multiple Races in PS School must click submit on each section Data Management is working on an SQL script to locate them, but you can use this search at the school level sif_stateprid= Pearson is working on reducing time Can do this on demographic page for each student – Pearson working to make Multiple Races available on the enrollment page. 4

Issues  Civil Rights Collection  EDDIE data not updated  FTE’s for all schools Some Confusion, but schools should be working on completing information in PowerSchool School information needs to be updated in EDDIE. EDDIE overwrites PowerSchool information All schools including Program schools need to have FTE and Years and Terms set up 5

6. Process Changes  Withdraw coding for drop out  UID student search  RP Report – Retention/Promotion Report If the student was coded as a W2 during last year that code is left. If you were expecting the student this year and they did not return, you will NO SHOW the student on the first day of school and code them W1. You will then verify both as drop outs if they are not in school by day 20. Search for correct student number in UID Pulling from PowerSchool this year- instructions soon 6
