FOR FOLDER:  Use Pen to write your Last Name, First Name on folder tab  Use the Marker to write your First Name in BIG letters (on front) that can be seen when folder stands up on desk as shown Ms. G.  If time allows…After you complete your Index Card, you may write / decorate / draw pictures on the back of your folder – to share some more things about yourself (colors, words, symbols, etc. that relate to who you are)

4. FOR INDEX CARD:  SIDE 1: Write your Last Name, First Name + Cor on the top line  Create a Grade Record as shown: (spread Q# 1 – 4 out as much as possible) Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 Labs T / Q / P HW CW  SIDE 2: Please tell me a few things about yourself: (a) your attitude / philosophy about life (or a saying that you believe in) (b) what is something you are curious to learn about in science? (c) what do you wish for OR daydream about? (d) anything else you think would be helpful for me to know about you

5. KNOW WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS…  Where are the course requirements…?
