WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU IF EMPLOYMENTS IS BANNED FOR PHARMACISTS A lot of pharmacists are trained to have an employee mindset and this is a definite path to poverty

MY GOAL FOR PHARMACISTS My goal is to make as many young pharmacists as possible become very successful pharmacists

THE NEW PATHWAY TO INNOVATION FOR PHARMACIST Developing and empowering yourself for business after school is the innovative path to success

BE CLEAR WHY YOU ARE STUDYING PHARMACY Make sure you are reading pharmacy because you want to and not because your father wants to be called papa pharmacist

YOUR PHARMACIST LICENSE IS JUST A MEAL TICKET Just because you have a pharmacist license does not mean you will be successful it only means you can put food on the table. Don’t mistake your license as your key to wealth

BE CLEAR ON THE PATH YOU WANT TO FOLLOW Don’t allow the confusions of your colleagues confuse you. Set a definite path you want to follow to become successful

START NOW TO FOLLOW AND MASTER THAT PATH

START NOW TO MASTER THE LASTEST TECHNOLOGY IN YOUR CHOSEN PATHWAY

MAKE YOURSELF VISIBLE AND LOUD AS SOON AS AND AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE

MASTER SOCIALISING AND NETWORKING Its who you know and not what you know or the pharmacy license you have that will make you successful

MASTER MARKETING AND FINANCE Read books and attend lectures in marketing and finance or economics faculty

UNDERSTAND THE 80-20 FRIENDS RATIO Your success depends on the quality of life of your five closest friends. Make sure you have very successful people as friends and mentors.

BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE Force yourself to start to speak more often in public. Nobody with low self confidence can ever be successful

HAVE A NO EXCUSE IS GOOD ENOUGH MINDSET If he can be super successful, you have no justification to be poor as a pharmacist

WORK MORE WITH NUMBERS

BAKE A CAKE RATHER THAN A MEATPIE Dream of building a big company and working with people to build it rather than thinking of just opening a retail shop or working as a sales rep.

STUDY WEALTH AND SUCCESS You will become a pharmacist because you are currently studying pharmacy. You can only be very wealthy if you take out time to study wealth and the wealthy.

A GREATER THAN ME IS COMING MINDSET Younger pharmacists are currently taking the jobs and customers of older pharmacists who do not realise that knowledge is increasing. Make sure you keep yourself properly informed and knowledgeable because younger pharmacists will want to become better than you

BECOME STRATEGICALLY LAZY Do only those things that are critical to success and delegate or ignore other things

BUILD STRATEGIC ALLIANCES It’s the vital people that agree to work with you and not your license or skill that will make you very successful

BECOME STRATEGICALLY SELFISH Eat first before trying to feed others. Develop yourself first with any available scarce resource before trying to help others with it.

NEVER FORGET WHAT MADE YOU SUCCESSFUL NOW Remember the strategies that are making you successful as a student because you will need most of them to succeed as a pharmacist

ESTABLISH YOUR CONTRACT WITH GOD Tell God what He and humanity will benefit if He makes you successful. Then write that contract out
