2  Rachel’s Update:  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (Dec 15, 16, 17)  7pm-10pm study sessions Sunset classroom – food and study support!!  Multicultural Career Institute –  Applications available at EOP/SSS House  Progress on Mentee Progress Reports=526  Be as accurate as possible! Don’t fear the truth!  Prepare for surprises in academic performance!  SKIP submitting reports on “unreachables” UPDATES AND REMINDERS

5  When calling or emailing university faculty/staff, identify self as a RAMP Mentor at the beginning of the conversation…makes conversation more efficient and thorough!  Mentors have access to Academic Updates now!  Framing conversations with mentees about goals for spring  Mentoring only lasts one year  Jyoti’s survey  Please pass on to your students that their feedback is important. I will be passing out surveys all next week (first floor of librarya) and at the start of next semester. For participating in the survey, I am also giving students an opportunity to enter into a raffle for a voucher for two to the movies or a $10.00 voucher to APD or $10.00 voucher for STARS Burgers. Due to time constraints the raffle will be done next semester.  Double check the “End of Semester To Do List”  Eval of your RAMP experience – don’t hold back!  Add to that list:  Mentors and mentees  Registering for the Institute for Student Success!  If leaving before Dec 20 th, email Sarah and let her know AND be sure to get tracker sheet turned in before departure! Classroom Based, RAMP Center?  Ideally yes  Will mentors get priority registration for classes?  Probably not…depends on the Registrar  Classes will most likely be 5-6:20pm to accommodate if we can’t get priority registration.  Will mentees be pre-enrolled into the classes?  Dependent on Registrar.
