3 SOLUTION  Flawless Finishes was formed by a master craftsman with over 35 years in the painting industry, and his family.  We realize there is a need for a higher caliber of craftsmanship, quality, and performance standards in the painting industry.  We promise your project will be within budget, on time and will meet or exceed the quality standards of your projects.  We stand behind that with our two-year warranty on all applications and our suppliers Miller, Sherwin- Williams, and Sto produce the best in quality products, service, and warranties in the industry.

5 MARKETING OBJECTIVES Adding value; Enhancing our brand and positioning against our competition is imperative in today’s competitive world. Relationship building will help transform Flawless Finishes into a valuable asset to our clients/customers, and in our community.

6 MARKETING TACTIC Communicate Frequently It's important to communicate frequently and to vary the types of messages we send. I will accomplish this by combining e-mail, e- newsletters, direct mail, phone contact and face-to- face communication to keep prospective customers moving through the sales cycle without burning out on our message.

7 MARKETING TACTIC Hold Special Events Companies are returning to company sponsored special events such as barbeques and family outings. We will hold events that allows Flawless Finishes staff to interact with our customers and supporters.

8 MARKETING TACTIC Enhance Your Customer Service With a tag line like Quality Matters, our business will be built on quality not only in our work but in how we interact. Top- notch customer service on all sales will help us build repeat business, it will create positive word-of-mouth and increase sales from new customers as a result. The ROI on customer service is exponential. It is what we are building our business in this competitive field on. We will often visit the trenches because it's important to go beyond standard sales calls and off-the-shelf marketing tools in order to build relationships with customers or clients. Nothing beats an in person visits to your customers/clients to show that Flawless Finishes does care and wants and values their business.

9 METRICS I will measure the marketing metrics for Flawless Finishes by creating a weekly and a monthly customer service report that will be published within the company for all to view. I will measure website and social media metrics with google analytics.
