7 Mehendi & Sangeet It is a ceremony that takes place at both bride & groom’s house. The Mehendi (Hina) is applied on the hand and feet of the bride. 9 Kangan Bandhana This ritual takes place in the morning of marriage day. The bride & groom have a sacred thread (Mouli) tied to their wrist. The ritual takes place at their respective homes. 10 Chuda Ceremony Maternal uncle of the girl gives her red bangles. In regional language it is called Chuda. The interesting thing is that girl cannot see these bangles until she is completely ready for marriage.
