5. NERC Monitored Projects cont’d 5 New NERC Projects: o Project 2015-08 Periodic Review EOP-004, -005, -006, - 008 o Project 2010-INT-03 Interpretation Request to clarify accurate computer models to analyze and plan to maintain a load-interchange-generation balance

Review of Recommendations 6 Multiple recommendations were reviewed by the SRS (The SRS working matrix is posted on the June, July and August SRS meetings) Request R15004 ‘Modify WEQ-004 Coordinate Interchange Business Practice Standards, adds a new definition, “Intra-BA Transaction” which is defined in the NAESB Parallel Flow Visualization (PFV) recommendation that has not yet been ratified and is currently being held in abeyance as testing is performed.

8. 2016-2018 Draft NERC Reliability Standards Development Plan Review 8  The SRS provided comments to the NERC Unofficial Comment Form and submitted these to the NAESB Managing Committee for review.  Highlights of the SRS review:  NAESB will continue to monitor specific NERC standards as they move to completion in 2015 and 2016  Projects 2009-02, 2010-14.1, 2010-14.2, 2015-04 noting the effected NAESB Standard Booklet  NAESB will retain the NAESB definitions of Load Serving Entity (LSE), Purchase Serving Entity (PSE), and Interchange Authority (IA).  Projects initiated in 2016  For the standards undergoing periodic review, recommend that NERC prioritize the EPR candidates using the standard changes due to Project 2015-04 of the LSE, PSE and IA
