2. About Me I live in Arlington, TX, Home of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers! I enjoy sports, amusement parks, and taking trips. My hobbies include, reading books, watching the Discovery Channel, History Channel, HG-TV, and shopping. I am 35 years old, a wife to a wonderful man, and the mother to our 2 month old baby boy. I currently work for a Pharmaceutical Company as a specialist. One of my responsibilities is to help train 2 of the new employee classes.

3. More About Me My Interest include working full time with the training department where I work because I really enjoy training people of all ages. We have an extensive training program that lasts approximately 3 months. I also enjoy working with the youth. My husband founded a non profit organization designed to help tutor, mentor, and support the youth in urban areas who may not have certain resources at their disclosure. I attended public school as a child and one key experience I remember is when certain teachers were more attentive to me than others were. I felt that I mattered to them and that I wasn’t just another student in another one of their classes.

4. What I hope to accomplish with this degree is to become a trainer in our companies training department and have the added teaching skills by incorporating educational technology and current teaching methods to go along with it. “Any book that helps a child to form a habit of reading, to make reading one of his deep and continuing needs, is good for him.” ― Maya Angelou
