Good Foods Co-op is a locally owned and operated cooperative business where everyone is welcome to shop at Good Foods Market & Café on Southland Drive. Good Foods has been in business in Lexington, KY since 1972. With a modest start as a buying club in a garage, we now have over 12,000 square feet of retail space in our Market & Café.

Good Food offers free monthly store tours and Sampling Saturdays featuring our local producers. We celebrate Earth Day, Eat Local Month, Organic Harvest, Fair Trade Month, and Co-op Month and host many other events throughout the year. Good Foods has a variety of fun, informative classes that encourage a healthy lifestyle. See our monthly calendar for details.

Good Foods is involved in the Lexington community in many ways: Give Where You Live ProgramGive Where You Live Program. Every other month, we partner with a local nonprofit organization to raise both money and awareness of the group's work in the community. DonationsDonations. Good Foods makes donations to nonprofits and community events. In addition to donations, Good Foods also sponsors community events. God's Pantry Extra Helpings ProgramGod's Pantry Extra Helpings Program. Good Foods is excited to partner with God's Pantry for their Extra Helpings program. Nutrition MissionsNutrition Missions. We host Nutrition Missions and attend health fairs at schools and workplaces all over town. Art in the CaféArt in the Café. Every other month, we feature a local artist in the Café.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Sweet & Spicy Glaze ingredients – apricot preserves, garlic, olive oil, coconut aminos (or soy sauce), dry mustard, cayenne pepper and salt. (The sauce can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for up to a week, or kept in freezer for up to a month – defrost in frig overnight when ready to use.)
