2 How to Read a myKnight Audit Report Degree program information, including all declared major and minor/certificates, as well as catalog year, is listed here. You can click the drop-down arrow to toggle between major and minor/certificate audit reports.

3 How to Read a myKnight Audit Report The “collapse all” button gives you the option to collapse all fields. The “expand all” button gives you the option to expand all fields and the “printer friendly” button allows you to print your report in.pdf format. Note: Requirement areas that are “satisfied” will default to be collapsed upon opening. To see all requirement areas, click “expand all.” Requirements that will be completed with in- progress or planned courses will default to open.

5 How to Read a myKnight Audit Report The audit disclaimer contains important information about the use of the degree audit for academic purposes. **Because the legend and disclaimer are automatically collapsed, please encourage students to open that section and read it prior to reviewing the audit.**

6 How to Read a myKnight Audit Report Incomplete and No Grade requirements will be held here. If the student has courses that fall into these areas, they will appear here as Unsatisfied until they change after student completes the course. If no courses apply here, the section will appear this way.

7 How to Read a myKnight Audit Report View of audit when all sections are collapsed. The structure of requirements listed differs from DARS: it starts with GEP and state/university requirements, then program specific requirements. The status of the student’s progress toward degree is listed here, in red for incomplete, or green for all requirements met.

9 How to Read a myKnight Audit Report This Requirement is Satisfied. The Green arrows face right, and the text states “Satisfied.” To view all courses taken, you may expand by clicking on the green arrows.

10 How to Read a myKnight Audit Report University and State Requirements. Note that the UCF GPA and Cumulative GPA are listed in the same area. If the student’s selected major requires a separate GPA, it is shown in the Program Requirements.

14 How to Read a myKnight Audit Report Students can click on the hyperlink to register for classes directly from the audit. Links allow access to:  Catalog information on specific courses  The myUCF student center for registration. In Not Satisfied requirements, you will find a list of courses that can be used to meet the requirement. Each column provides information about a course. These columns can be sorted.

15 How to Read a myKnight Audit Report This is an example of a note that appears after an exception (i.e. a substitution) has been posted to the student’s record. Click on the number in the Notes column to view the description of the exception that was processed. The note states that BIO0225C is used to substitute for MCB2004C.

16 How to Read a myKnight Audit Report These administrative reference numbers help to identify requirements in PeopleSoft. Use this number to report any discrepancies with a section of the audit.

17 How to Read a myKnight Audit Report This is a listing of all courses that are not used to satisfy degree requirements.

18 How to Read a myKnight Audit Report Some transfer courses may appear as UCF 1000, 2000, etc in the “Course” column. This means that the courses have not yet been evaluated for equivalency to a specific UCF course.
