Organizational Knowledge Generation / Creation Nonaka’s Message : Knowledge is created by Epistemological and Ontological interactions! Epistemological: involves various types of knowledge - Tacit, Explicit. Ontological: involves knowledge creating entities – Individuals, Groups, Organization, and Inter-organizations.
