Program Mission Statement Our goal is to help build a solid and sustainable future for all Niagara, by linking a motivated workforce – our youth - with various community projects in need of assistance. In other words, forming successful partnerships between individuals looking for training and work experience, and local groups looking for skilled help. The program supports the immediate needs of each community or group we work with, as well as the future needs of our labour force.

The NPH Team ENERGI Program – what makes it so unique? 1.The ability to not only bring together the interests of multiple stakeholders in the community, but also inspire them in ways rarely seen before. The public, private, not- for-profit sectors and even the interests of the average person who may not choose to be directly engaged, but wishes at some deeper level to see and live in a community that puts its differences aside and works together to address the most significant issues with solutions that are responsible, sustainable and lead to our collective prosperity and growth. In other words, it is a program that respects and supports our common and collective interests while transcending all boundaries. 2.The ability to inspire our youth with a feeling of optimism and self-confidence that they can play an important role in helping rebuild our communities. Many of the youth we encounter feel entirely disenfranchised from the communities in which they live and the options they have in life. If they are lucky enough to get a job most have little hope of keeping it and are gone within a few months – often back into the current system of social supports. The program is intended to target youth with barriers and assist them to become more engaged in their own communities, more confident and more employable.
