4 For many I used to work as a teacher, a member of the municipality council and a municipality mayor assistant. I have always lived in the countryside and have been fond of landscape gardening. I used to grow vegetables for my own consumtion and decided to start growing flowers alongside. At first it was only for myself, my friends and the neighbours. Soon my hobby grew into a business.

I sell my produce in fairs, during festivals and from home.

16 The business started when Gintautas built a float for visitors of the countryside village. The float can acarry 50 people at 8 km/h against the current and at 13 km/h downstream. The owner expects to design and build another, modernised float in summer. The owner of the float has also set a wire to let the visitors glide above the river Nemunas.

19 I have always loved being in nature: I would spend all days in the meadows: walking, observing birds, plants and flowers, writing poetry. I wished I lived in the country and would keep thinking about buying a country cottage for myself. However, I didn‘t have enough money at that time. I would pray to God and got this idea of arranging hay (dried grass). It has become my life business. I managed to buy a cottage. It has been 10 years now I‘ve been mowing down, picking berried and making arrangements. I try to do everything with my whole heart... Every single piece. If I don‘t feel love on a particular day, I prefer to not do anything on that day...
