3 Pretend that you are a businessman in a foreign country. In this foreign country, it is acceptable for parents to forcibly tattoo / brand their children at an early age. Under United States law, this is domestic abuse / a grave form of child endangerment. Imagine that you are invited to attend a wedding party. At this party, a child is being tattooed and branded by his parents in front of the guests. a) What would you do? b) Would you be justified in asking the parents to stop? c) Would you be justified in using force to make the parents stop?

14 How do they connect? After the British East India Company took over Bangladesh, it banned sati and executed Indians who forced women to burn themselves. It justified this by saying they were corporations- with the right to have armies/guns/do what they want.
