Typical events: Team sports (baseball, basketball, volleyball) Running or walking challenges Bowling Table Tennis An event or series of events intended to encourage physical activities among employees of different business organizations and public/governmental entities The event(s) can combine a variety of activities over a specified period of time, or can be one type activity, one event Utilizes the sense of competition to get employees involved Activities are scheduled outside of normal work hours
