2. Project Guidelines Step 1- Band Name
Group name is related to one rock type (igneous, sedimentary, metamorphic)
The name is creative and could be a play on words with a current band.

3. Project Guidelines Step 2- Band Members
There are at least four members in your group and you list the instruments (roles) they play in the group
Names relate to the rock type of your band

4. Project Guidelines Step 3- Band biography
Biography goes through rock cycle. It starts with a rock type and ends with a different rock type, the rock type of the band that you chose in step 1
There are at least four process words used (erosion, heat, melting, etc)

5. Project Guidelines
The biography must be 5-10 sentences long, describing how you went through the rock cycle
Biography discusses at least two band members and may even show them changing as the band changes
Contains a copy of the rock cycle

6. Project Guidelines Step 4- Song List
There are at least 10 songs listed
The songs have many rock types and rock process words in the titles
The song titles are interesting and creative

7. Project Guidelines Step 5- CD Cover
There is a copyright label with your groups name and period
The cover is colorful and creative
