+ Classroom Management Teachers should develop similar classroom rules and procedures so rules are consistent for the students in both classes. It is also suggested that teachers are similar across both classes with areas such as: -celebrating birthdays, holidays, gift giving, rewards, etc.

+ Classroom Management Classroom Rules and Consequences -All rules and consequences need to mirror each other. -What are you doing now? -How does this fit into dual immersion? -Collaborate and make it doable in both languages

+ Classroom Management Disclosure Statement Same document and on same page You both SHARE all 50+ students. It’s like one classroom Collaboration is essential. You have to be a uniformed pair. It’s like a marriage and parenthood.

+ Communication Teachers should keep each other informed weekly on topics being taught each week. This can be shared on email with each other weekly or with a notebook that they pass from one to another with an update written in it. Example: teachers calling each other nightly to blend and debrief...
