Examined how the Superintendent uses enrollments, enrollment projections, and enrollment trends to plan for construction projects.

8. Evaluating Multicultural Concepts
Chaired the Religion in Schools Policy Review Committee.
Met with administrators to discuss how multicultural issues are handled in their schools.
Met with diverse group of parents to discuss diversity issues in our schools.

9. School Board Relations
Worked with Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to learn about School Board relations.
Attended School Board meetings from two different school districts.

Worked with the District Business Manager, Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent to learn about all aspects of budget preparation and communication with the public.
