2 Introduction of Choco Lover The logo of our brand is originally made by one of our group members and it will be attracting chocolate lovers of any age. The most exciting fact about Choco Lover is that our target segment includes every type of people whether they are young, teen or old. The main objective of our brand is to connect people as much as we can through chocolates. Yes, it sounds weird at first but we are really going to make it happen with the help of Choco Cards, which will let people communicate with each other whether they know each other or not. 3 More about Choco Cards  The Choco Card will connect people to the chocolate community formed by us.  Details for chocolate community face book page and other online places where people can find our community will be given on our Choco Card.  Once an individual will see the details of our Facebook page, then he/she can join our chocolate community just by following our page where he can meet and interact with other chocolate community members, more specifically other chocolate lovers.  Our page will be created on most of the online plat forms like Facebooks, Instagram, etc.  There will be one Choco Card inside the packaging of each chocolate.

4 Marketing Strategies:  Any customer who will collect 20 cards of our Choco Lover community will be rewarded with an Imperial card which will allow us to give more importance to that customer as compared to other customers.  We will request email-id and contact number from each imperial card holder. Every imperial card will have an expiry date after two months.  Every month, a new flavor of Choco Lover will be launched. To decide the new flavor of Choco Lover, we will approach our imperial card holders. The flavor which will get the most votes from our imperial card holders will be launched next month.  Our brand will strictly follow customer centricity. In the beginning we are going to open a store in our school.

5 Why we chose Customer Centricity?  According to our research and collected data, customer centricity has been proved a lot more better than product centricity from the past 5 years.  Because creating a long term financial value is better than the struggle to create short term financial value.  These companies shifted to customer centric approach after a long time but still they got increased return on assets and we are beginning with customer centric approach which is going to benefit us the most.  This chart clearly shows the value of customer centric approach.

6 Pricing strategies  Cost of one chocolate including its production, packaging, logo and Choco card will be Rs20.  The main aim of every business is to earn profit by selling quality. So, our price will be Rs30.  With the profit of Rs10 per chocolate, we will be creating 150 chocolates in our first batch.  We have sold these chocolates before in an exhibition and we got a great response from our customers.  So, we are pretty sure that our first batch will be sold by our second working day.

7 Financial strategy We are going to invest Rs3000 in the first batch by collecting money from our group members. According to our plan, we will be making 15 batches in the first month to meet our demand which is considered by the previous sale that we made in an exhibition. The investment for the next batches will be collected from the revenue of our first batch and the following batches.
