3 3 Glands to Make Semen Seminal Vessicle: Adds FRUCTOSE to sperm Prostate Gland: Common site of cancer in males over 50. PSA test to detect cancer early. Adds alkaline fluid to sperm Cowper’s Gland (Bulborethral Gland): Pre- ejaculatory fluid to clean urethra. Adds more alkaline fluid to sperm.
