2. 2 1Loading a FIT RUNTIME (executable file) The “runtime” is a executable file; it is therefore not necessary to install the program “filemaker pro” Load from the address mentioned hereunder: If the project does not have a FIT yet ftp://ftppublic.btcctb.org/FIT/FITA30_Runtime_Full_20100816.exe If the project already has a FIT application ftp://ftppublic.btcctb.org/FIT/FITA30_Update_P_20100816.exe

3. 3 1Loading a FIT RUNTIME (executable file) 1.1 For the projects that already have FIT 1.Close the FIT application 2.Make a back-up of FITdata file – copy the FITdata file into the back-up folder of the FIT folder – rename the file FITdata to FITdata_date 3.Load the file « FITA30_Update_P_20100816.exe» 4.Put the loaded file into the FIT dossier 5.Double click on that file; FIT starts automatically 6.Verify whether « A30 » appears in the left banner of the main menu 7.Rename your dossier « FIT A29 » to « FIT A30 »

4. 4 1Loading a FIT RUNTIME (executable file) 1.2 For the new projects 1.2.1 1 st stage: Load the FIT application 1.Load the file « FITA30_Runtime_Full_20100816.exe » 2.Put the file on your « home drive » (not in a sub directory) of your disk C or D 3.Double click on the file 4.A new dossier « FIT A30 » is created; 5.Go to the next stage

5. 5 1Loading a FIT RUNTIME (executable file) 1.2.2 2 nd stage: load the FITdata For the projects that have not yet got FIT: The representation will send you an e-mail with a file FITdata.zip (normally compressed) concerning your project 1.Copy the FITdata into your FIT directory 2.Unzip the FITdata and rename the file into «FITdata.fp7» if necessary 3.Start FIT by double clicking on FIT.exe 4.Verify whether « A30 » appears in the left banner of the main menu

6. 6 2FIT in practice 2.1 FIT data The FITdata of a project contains: The common parameters of all the projects i.e.: The accounting codes The financial codes The parameters of the project (Partially) The other parameters will have to be completed by the project The project’s budget in version C01 with the chronogram of expenses An access code P_DIR with password “btcctb”

7. 7 2FIT in practice This version of FIT will be the only official one (do not work on copies) Copies of FITdata can be done at any moment for simulation purposes, but will not be used on this computer

8. 8 2FIT in practice This version of FIT is delivered with a user code « P_DIR » and a standard password « btcctb » You will have to change this password as from the first login and introduce your personal password; create your own identification The same counts for all the user codes that will be created For more information about these user codes, please consult your FIT manual

9. 9 2FIT in practice At this stage you have: A FIT application Basic FITdata of your project Things to be done: Complete the project’s parameters Give access to the different users Complete the bank accounts’ data

10. 10 2FIT in practice 2.2 Parameters of the project Tab “PROJECT PARAMETERS” The P_DIR has to complete the data regarding The name of the project as mentioned on the bank extracts The address of the project These data are necessary for the payment of cash calls which will be generated by FIT

11. 11 2FIT in practice 2.3 Giving access to the users Tab « SECURITY » The P_DIR has to give access to the different users (including a new code for himself) by giving them a name to which a profile is associated and by giving them the password « btcctb ». This password will have to be changed by every user as from the first login.

12. 12 2FIT in practice 2.4 Creation of bank accounts Tab “ACCOUNTS” The P_DIR has to introduce the project’s bank accounts: Main account (payment of cash call) Operational accounts HQ accounts The tills will be created by profiles P_FINOFF or P_ACC
