Village Assessment A method of categorising villages based on their facilities and access to services, rather than size or population. Builds upon the work completed for the Draft District Plan. Village facilities and services surveyed in 2014 and updated in 2015. Facilities and services subject to a methodology and point system that creates an individual village sustainability total.
