PROJECT SCHEDULE Week 1: Architectural Professional Services Agreement Approval (April 19, 2016) Week 2: Prepare as- built plans and exterior elevations of existing buildings (April 29) Week 2: Work with County representative to obtain site survey, hazardous materials report and soils report at areas of proposed improvements (April 29) Week 3: Meeting with County building department and public works to review requirements (May 6) Week 4: Assemble planning review materials as required for planning department submittal (May 13) Week 5: Submit “Special Use Permit” application and design materials to Planning and Building Services (May 20) Week 9: Respond to comments from various agencies related to planning application (June 17) Week 13: Attend Zoning Administrator hearing (July 13) Week 14: Prepare design development plans (July 22) Week 17: Prepare construction drawings (August 5) Week 21: Submit construction drawings to County building department for plan check (Sept. 9) Week 26: Receive and respond to plan check comments (October 7) Week 26: Work with County representatives to develop documents necessary for public bid process (October 7) Week 28: Board of Supervisors to approve project for public bid (October 18) Week 32: Assist with public bid process (November 18) Week 33: Assist with evaluation of bids and County contract negotiation (November 28) Week 35: Board of Supervisors to award construction bid (December 13) Week 38: Phase 1 mobilization (January 2017) Week 64: Contractor completion of Phase 1 work (July 2017) Week 65: Contractor Phase 2 mobilization (July 2017) Week 91: Contractor completion of Phase 2 work/ project close-out (January 2018)
