2 CLINICAL DATA  30-year-old woman  3 deliveries: latest was 2 years ago  1 year: dyspnoea  A few days ago: abdominal complain, pain and nausea  Abdominal US: tumor of the left kidney  Abdominal CT: bulky (74 mm in diameter) tumor in the upper middle third of the left kidney; possibility of a renal vein thrombus  Chest CT: small (2-10 mm) multiple pulmonary metastases  Brain MRI: negative

3 MACROSCOPICALLY In the upper half of the kidney 8,5 cm in it’s greatest dimension Hemorrhagic and necrotic Irregularly bordered tumor Infiltration of the capsule, renal pelvis and renal vein.
