3. As coordinator of the Students Firms, I explain to my students the importance of educational activities of teaching using this method. I promote and use the modern method because is the best practice for students: learning the skills needed in the labor market; developing entrepreneurship, communication and negotiation skills; identifying both strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats of a business; developing skills and abilities who reduce the period of adjustment to future employment; adaptability /flexibility for a future job.
