3 We all just need time on our hands but we should use it for other thing than your phone. You can also turn your phone off at a right time like 10 for you to get just enough sleep for anything like school or work. Being intentional it the best thing if you’re not cashes of other people anyone could get hurt

4 If you think your addicted to your phone you are. 84% of people are addicted to your phone

5  Should you take less than 30 min of your phone?  Is being cashes good to stop phone addiction?  What percent of people are addicted to there phone  About what time should you turn off your phone?  Is the world around you better than your phone?
