C*CERT+ is an application designed to enhance and complement existing EV engines utilized by both DoD Contractors and overseeing Government agencies across the industry. C*CERT+ performs critical operations—focused around solving Industry pain points–that mainstream EVM systems are not designed to do, to improve and facilitate program execution and CDRL reporting accuracy and delivery, and resolve time-consuming and resource-draining issues that contractors struggle with on a recurring basis. Consolidates and standardizes multiple contracts/task orders from within or across multiple EV engines into one consolidated contract for CPR/CCDR reporting. Produces accurate & compliant 1921/1921-1/1921-2 reports at the push of a button, including Alternate WBS reporting for both CPR/CCDR reporting. Includes over 60 structural and numeric data validation checks performed across both the source contract EV data and CCDR reports, resulting in less compliance risk for the Contractor. Includes Graphical, Tabular and Stoplight analysis for CAMs; IBR/JSR; Program Reviews. What is C*CERT+
4
Why C*CERT+ Mergers and acquisitions, transitions to alternative EVMS systems, complex CLIN or Task Order reporting requirements have resulted in many programs consisting of multiple Contracts/Projects/Task Orders that must be consolidated into one master contract for CPR/CCDR reporting. As a result, EV data is often contained inconsistently from within or across multiple EV Engines. This turns the weekly/monthly reporting cycle into a highly complex, manually- intensive, time-consuming and resource-draining operation. C*CERT+ streamlines the processing of all disparate EV data by consolidating and standardizing into one consolidated database for CPR and CCDR submittals; data validation; and other critical analysis. Feature Highlights
12
Alt WBS & Mapping may be imported directly and/or manually updated Run validation to ensure Alt WBS EV data = Source EV data C*CERT+ identifies any missing mapped elements for you! Consolidated Alternate WBS
13
SPA Reports Run Detail report to reconcile data to source EV system Run Contract Summary to view each contract level data and the consolidated total Run Consolidated Hierarchy to view the entire consolidated contract WBS & EV data S/P/A Reports
14
SPA Validations S/P/A Validations
15
SPA Validations Every column may be filtered All or user-selectable validations may be exported into Excel Workbooks Run the validations to review or correct anomalous data in the source EV system S/P/A Validation Example
16
Standardize wInsight field mappings across all source contracts into the Consolidated contract Simplifies filtering and analysis in wInsight Consolidated Field Mappings
17
CCDR Field Mappings Use either the source system coding or use C*CERT coding to map Data Elements required for the 1921 & 1921-1 and 1921-2 reports In this example, two different code fields (Map To) with different code values (Lookup Value) were imported from two different contracts from two different systems. C*CERT+ easily allows you to map each to the respective Data Element required for the CCDR reports.
18
CCDR Field Mappings Use C*CERT Coding provides a flexible and alternative option when code field limitations exist in the source EVM system. Mappings may be easily imported into C*CERT+ and/or manually mapped.
19
CCDR Field Mappings CCDR Element Maintenance Element Maintenance is used to define the reporting elements required to display on the 1921, 1921-1 and 1921-2 reports; in addition to defining Units To Date; Units At Complete; and the Appropriation.
20
CCDR Field Mappings CCDR Element Remarks Element Remarks may be entered independently for each report for any given WBS reporting element.
21
CCDR Field Mappings 1921-2 Progress Curve Breakouts Progress Curve Breakouts allow the user to add additional Characteristics and/or Unit/Lot columns for the 1921-2 report. In the example above, the default Characteristics are: Weight, Speed & Power; and the default Unit/Lots are A1-A4. The other entries were added by the user per the contract plan requirement.
22
CCDR Field Mappings 1921-2 Unit/Lot Allocations Unit/Lot Allocations are designed to allow the user to specify the cost % allocation for each Unit/Lot applicable for a given detailed element (bold shaded). So for example, a single charge number may have been established in the source EV system for material applicable across specific Unit/Lots. If there were 4 Unit/Lots (A1-A4) involved, then the user can enter 25% under each column, as shown in the example above
23
CCDR Field Mappings 1921-2 Unit/Lot Allocations Characteristics are used to identify whether an element is a Unit vs. Lot, and to enter the appropriate characteristics for each applicable Data Element associated with that reportable WBS element. For any given reporting element, additional Unit/Lots (columns) may be added or deleted as applicable, and additional Data Elements (rows) may also be added or deleted as applicable.
24
Run the validations before producing the CCDR reports and submitting C*CERT+ identifies all EV reporting anomalies within/across the reports Submit to DCARC/cPet with 100% confidence CCDR Validations Note: 1921-2 Validations to be included in v. 2.8.3!
25
In the example above, both the 1921 & 1921-1 report totals do not match the source EV System. This means that there are WBS elements with missing Rec/NR & Functional Element Codes. C*CERT+ identifies those elements for you! CCDR Validation Example
