In addition to the core report, it is required that each group member includes a written reflective 1-page statement, outlining your personal contribution to the report’s outcome, including teamwork experience and your individual learning, that could be applied to the “real world”. 2 Presentation (group): Will allow you to express verbally your understanding of work done for report 1 and the skills learned. 3 Report (pairs): Will involve two students working on a detailed piece of research that addresses the two strategic managerial processes of Consensus management and Change management. This report will expand and contextualise the students’ understanding of the concepts gained from coursework element 1 as well as addressing the associated learning outcomes 4 Viva (pairs): Report 2 pairs will undertake a short viva designed to -Ensure the provenance of any written work supplied in your the name. -Test your overall knowledge in relation to the research topic and module learning outcomes 5 Strategic IS deployment: As part of the module’s assessment you must get involved in the strategic deployment of Information Systems (IS). This will consist of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube.

Change management (used in the case study/company) -- LO4 Regarding the above 2 topics in pairs project, you may consider to cover below content : A.Importance of change management (or associated theory) B.Scope of change management in this company (objectives, scope - whether company-wise or project-wise, policy etc) C.Give examples of change management used in this company (around 4~5 examples) D.Evaluate the effectiveness of the change management programmes/practices in this company. Use similar structure for consensus management.

The Group Report and Presentation The marks will be awarded collectively to the group (i.e. everyone gets the same mark). The Pairs Report Both members of the pair will have their marks awarded collectively (i.e. you both get the same mark). The Viva You will be marked on your individual performance.
