6 How to work on Glogster.com
Set your background – Click on “Wall” and find an appropriate background Open a new tab – go to Google – type in “Day of the Dead” – click on Images. To narrow the search, type a more specific search term. Find 4-5 appropriate images for the project – Save to your Student Account. Open your Glog page – Click on “Images” – click “Upload” When your photo appears, click on it, then the pink button to the right Don’t forget to include a text box on your poster that has the citations for where you find your pictures, sounds, videos. Try the website Soundzabound.com for royalty-free music. If you don’t use this site, you must make sure that what you use is royalty-free!! Try the websites: TeacherTube.com and SchoolTube.com for videos. Do not use YouTube as I will not be able to view your videos while at school. To upload a video or sound onto the Glog: Copy the url address of your selection, Save it in your Student Account file, Open your Glog – Click “Sounds” or “Videos” – Upload. It takes a minute for your selection to load. Then click the pink button to “Use It”.
