15. School Rules Since this is a school-sanctioned trip, all school rules are in effect

16. Health Concerns As these trips can be very grueling, participants must fully disclose any health problems to Mrs. Atkinson prior to signing up. If there are health concerns, Mrs. Atkinson requires a note from your physician stating unequivocally that you are physically and emotionally able to travel overseas.

17. Additional Travel Security Participants will receive a full refund (less the $99 Non- Refundable Deposit) should all of the following conditions be met: a) A terrorist act, or threats of terrorist acts occur(s), which is directed against Canadian and/or U.S. interests, b) As a result of these events, a formal Travel Warning is issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs, stating that Canadians should not travel to any country or countries which are included in the participant’s tour itinerary; and c) The formal Travel Warning by the Department of Foreign Affairs is issued within 65 days of the participant’s departure. Note: Participants missing any payment deadlines will need to pay late fees to qualify for Additional Travel Security.

18. EF’s Peace Of Mind Program Only EF allows its travelers to move their trip 35 days prior to departure (or receive a voucher for its entire cost) without having to buy extra insurance or pay cancellation fees.
