Photo #1 was taken looking south. Two empty roll-off boxes at the customer convenience center were observed with holes at the bottom of the boxes and the bottom of the boxes were starting to deteriorate which could allow wastes to spill out of the boxes. Photo #3 was taken looking east. The adjacent property owner has placed an approximate forty foot high stock pile of crushed rock in the vicinity of the perimeter fence near perimeter probe GP-20. The stock pile appears to have stability issues and may impact the perimeter fence. A shear crack was developing at the top of the pile. Two perimeter wells and a storm drain monitoring point are in this location. Photo #4 was taken looking east. 34

A tipper is approximately 50 feet in length. The safety cone designates the end of the self haul tipping area. Photo #5 was taken looking northeast. Self haul tipping area 5
