You are welcome to our town. We are glad to see you in Suvorov. Our town neither young nor old. It’s only 60. Our town is small, but I think it will be a pleasure for you to go sightseeing. Probably, you know that the population of our town is about 18 thousand people. Suvorov is situated not far from the Hero-City Tula. It stands on the Cherepet - River. Now let’s begin our excursion.

First of all I’d like to show you the centre of Suvorov. Here you can see the monument to Lenin.

Now days we have a tradition to organize Easter balls for young people. You can see girls in beautiful dresses and boys in smoking- jackets.

Now I invite you to come to the Memorial of the soldiers who did not come from the Great Patriotic war. On this grave we can see flowers.

Now let’s continue our trip. You see a monument which was built to 50 th anniversary in Great Patriotic War

Now let’s go down Mir Avenue and you’ll see the Victory Square, the place where meetings and holidays take place.

I’m sure you know that our town is famous for the Electric Power Station. The large building of this station you can see in the northern part of our town. Near the Electric Power Station the is a wonderful river. On the banks of the river the citizens of Suvorov and our guests prefer to spend free time resting, swimming and fishing. This picturesque place is very popular with the public.

You see, our town is lucky enough because it is surrounded by woods. We are proud of our forests. They are rich in berries and mushrooms.

You are welcome to Suvorov. Our excursion is finishing and we suppose you like our town and going sightseeing made a great impression on you. I say «Good bye» to you.
