Contract Work Hours/Closures Standard Day Shift Work Hours: 7:00am- 3:30pm Standard Night Shift Work Hours: 8:00pm – 5:00am Weekend Ramp Closure: Friday 8:00pm – Monday 5:00am Holiday Closures 2016: July 4, Sept 5, Nov 24, Dec 23, Dec 26 Work outside of the standard work hours, can be requested and may be granted by the Engineer.

Liquidated Damages Failure to achieve Substantial Completion Milestone shall be $498 per calendar day Failure to achieve Physical Completion Milestone shall be $498 per calendar day Failure to achieve the Milestone of work associated with the Weekend closure of the On/Off Ramp shall be $300 per 15 minute period prorated to the nearest 5 minutes.
