Recent Recordable Injuries A FESS Property Management employee suffered a shoulder injury. The employee reported to the Medical Office on 10/6/14 that, while off-loading tables from a truck at the warehouse loading dock on 9/23/14, he felt discomfort in his left shoulder. He continued to have aching off and on since it happened. He was diagnosed with a left shoulder sprain and was returned to work with limitations which prevent him from performing his routine job functions.
