Challenges o New information management system o Powerful, more sophisticated IMS – more difficult to use o Less technologically-savvy user group o Managing expectations

Challenges o Communication o People at CMU Libraries had little understanding of how genealogists work o People at partner organizations required additional training

Opportunities o Community outreach and service o Enabling digital access to rich local content o Preserving Pittsburgh Jewish heritage
