Q// What is meant by Correspondence ? Correspondence, as a wide term for writing letters, is about getting one's ideas or intentions across to someone else. Generally, people use written communication as the replacement of oral communication. When people are not able to have face to face communication then written communication occurs. Correspondence is essential in maintaining a good relationship with another company. As business letter reflects the image of a company, then it should be clear, concise, and sensibly paraphrased. First of all, a letter is a kind of composition which is subject to the ordinary rules of composition.

Q// What are the Parts of writing letters? 1- The Heading- the address from which the letter is being written. 2- The Name and Address of the receiver. 3- The Salutation (greeting)- 4- The Body. 5- The Signature.
