2.   Child abuse is elligal child kid napping that cause death and ect. Ther is more then 1 abuse there is sexual abuse and neglect. Sexual abuse is a matter of gender so they kid nadnapped someone usualy not the same gender as they are. Neglect is a way to punish child in a very rough way. Any people can do that like ven there own parents they neglect the child to work and ect. Child Abuse

3.   In America have a lots of child abuse and neglect happend. 44% children are been abuse and 80% of children are under 30 years old. And also 15% child undre 12 years old are been abuse, 7% of girls in grade 5-8 are been sexual abuse and also 12% of girls in year 9-12 are been sexual abuse. For boys to 3% of boys in grade 5-8 are sexual abused and 5% of boys in grades 9-12 are sexual abused. Where (America)

4.   At Asia 9% of kids are been neglected by there parents and also 16% child are been neglected during there childhood such as working in an early ages. At middle school also 13.3% children has been abuse by there friends and teachers. And also some children that is 9.8% of the children are selevary neglected. Where (Asia)

5.   Effect of child abuse is very bad for a kid. For the kid that been abuse physically and emotionally it can effect they will have a bad picture about their self and also they will not trust anyone. for the effect of physical abuse they will get injuries that can be permanent till forever. Also if they got abuse it kids can have pay back to people and it will effect their behavior such as doing criminal things and act so roughly. And parents can do abuse to there own kids and it can effect the kid to be stress and they can even kill there own parents. Effect

6.   Preventing from abuse and neglect are very important to learn. How to do it is a bit simple first you need pay attention on your siblings expecially for parents must take a good care for ther children. If you see someone want to do with you and you didn’t know that person tell the police or someone older and near to you to help for emergency.If you saw any child been abuse directly help them and if you cant, get help.  If you have been experience being abuse, saw someone being abuse or news about child abuse tell your friend, family and other relative you have about the news so they can know and they can watch out.  If youu are neglected from your parents ask your parent to learn from there mistake and make them calm down. For example, if a parent is mistreating or neglecting a child. Children whose parents have separated have the right to stay in contact with both parents, unless this might hurt the child. All children must not be sepperated by there parents. But if there parents try to harm them or hurt them they better move that is more save like staying with their grand parents or auntie and uncle. But when they are seperated they also need to keep in touch together like calling their parents. When the children has been move the children must need to be happy and not do criminal stuff to there new family they must speak to them nicely not riftly. Children must be thank you to have a good new family.

Governments should help parents by providing services to support them, especially if both parents work. All parents have the responsibility to protect and tacke care for there kids from danger stuff that can harm them. Goverment need to provide a place that can protect the children when there parents is y gone. When both of the parents is busy cannot really stay in touch with there child they must always nedd to call them or just reest and talk to them for sometimes. Kids need to have responsibility to not play with dangerouse stuff and listen what there parents ask them to do. Children have the responsibility to be carefull of there self and alsways make sure they are save and not making the right destoryed.

Goverment must be sure to protect the children form something dangerous. When there parents are neglecting there own child they must some one to replace the parents like a baby sitter or in a new family or maybe daycar for baby. Children have the responsibility to appriciate what the goverment give them and also must stay away from violence stuff. If the parents nelgelct them children have the responsibility to make there parents to calm down.

Al l kids must pe protected for having a saeve life. Having a save and a good life is to be protected and also been care from violence stuff. Children must developt to have a better future. Goverment shoul make sure that the homeless kids or kids that dont ave family must always be save like put in a overnage. Children must have responsibility to have good life and a enough. They must behave well and not destroying there own rights. Children have responsibility to learn more and learn from about not being violence people and not do dangerous stuff.

Children who have been neglect by there parents must have been protected. Goverment need to have a place that kids can live there and they have free education. Children responsibility to learn hard and always act good for there own good. Also when children who is been neglect y there perents they also need to behave good not like there parents. Article 39 Children who have been neglected or abused should receive special help to restore their self−respect. For children that has been neglected from there parents they must move somewhere else that is more save and also goverment must provide rules for the parents to understand how to take care of there child. Children have the responsibility to be friendly to people and make them feel down. They still need to love there parents and not being a good parents. When they have move some where more saver they need to behave well and appricite what they get not saying something that is impolite.
