4. Training approaches  E-learning – 70%  Group sessions – 20%  Apprenticeship – 10%

5. Average of training activities  Average face to face activities – 20 hours  Average e-learning training – 120 hours  Technical issues: some partners have problems with registration – the automatic confirmation email was in their SPAM folder  No revisions for changing of content!

10. Midterm meetings  The main goal of these meetings was to monitor the progress of piloters.

I will use it on regular basis to train newly recruited staff.”
