Programme Update Year 3 completed and targets met Year 4, first 6 month plan approved and delivery underway 2 nd Submission end August 2014 – with a focus on our priority groups – 19-25 age group/women & girls and young people with a disability

Inclusive Sport Recent successful bid to Sport England Establish and develop new sports opportunities for disabled people Support and funding available to: –Clubs wishing to engage disabled people & become more inclusive –Organisations providing services for disabled people to develop sport & physical activity

Informal Sport Run-in’ Devon and Cycle-in’ Devon - Opportunities to promote local activity Other funded programmes - Devon Active Communities, NGB offers

Youth Engagement Currently 2 strands – DKHT Get on Track and Creating Chances 2 GOT programmes in Plymouth during 2014 No planned CC programmes but opportunities for clubs to get involved Both aim to work with young people aged 16-25 who are currently NEET and use sport and physical activity as a tool to improve their self esteem and team building skills to aid their route back into education, employment and training
