Excellence - Integrity - Service - Creativity - Communication Project Schedule Notice to Proceed: April 19, 2011 Allotted Time: 395 Calendar Days Completion Date: May 18, 2012 At this time, the project is on schedule

Project Timeline and construction phases ? Currently paving the main traffic lanes on the east side of project. All paving on this phase is estimated to be complete by mid-February 2012. This includes all driveways and the 10’ trail. (Weather Permitting) Traffic (north and southbound) will be switched over to this new pavement by the end of February 2012. (Weather Permitting) Once traffic is switched over, pavement removal will begin on the western lanes (current driving lanes). There will be some concrete removal, and all asphalt will be removed. Sidewalk repair and all handicap ramps will be upgraded to the current ADA standards.

Will there be a full closure of the Canterbury neighborhood entrance? There will be NO full closure of the subdivision entrance. We will pave ½ at a time.

What will be the design of the new slope at the entrance to Rufe Snow Drive? How will it impact our entrance?

What light standards have been chosen for the project? From the bridge north to Bear Creek Parkway: The lighting north of the bridge will be the Town Center light standards that are currently in place. This is a requirement due to the Town Center Zoning District.

What light standards have been chosen for the project? From the bridge south to Rapp Road: The lighting south of the bridge will be the same light standards that are currently installed on Rufe Snow, south of Rapp Road. This was a City Council decision.

Landscaping City Council has approved an additional design for “Enhanced” Landscaping throughout the project. The New Design includes: 85 Additional Trees (Red Oaks-13, Chinese Pistache-27, Burr Oak-11, Cedar Elms-34)

Landscaping Crape Myrtles / Ornamental Trees (30 gal)- 32 Oklahoma Redbuds (30 Gal)-12 Yaupon Holly (30 gal)-16 Additional sod, irrigation and wildflower seed.
