3 1. Open the desired power point 2. Select “File”, then “Print”

4 3. The Print prompt will open 4. Using your mouse, select the drop down under “Print what”

5 5. The drop down will appear – select “Handouts”

6 6. Once you have selected “Handouts” the Handouts “Slides per page” will be available for selection 7. Select the number of slides to print per page (2,3,4,6,9)

7 8. Select “OK”
