Projects Due dates – please see your individual instructor late policies Late policies are located in your individual course syllabus Reading directions/referencing rubrics Print out directions/rubrics Pay attention to length requirements Proofreading/polishing Kaplan Writing Center No shame in spell check 2 projects over the term Projects due in units 2 and 4

Discussions 1 discussions per week – most discussions have more than one question to be addressed Discussion tips Reference discussion grading rubric in the course syllabus Make sure that discussions are readable, on topic and reference the course material Posting early and throughout the unit enhances the discussion Word Count Initial discussions need to be at least 150 words Responses to others need to be at least 75 words

Quizzes Be sure to complete the quiz in 1 sitting 2 hr time limit Can only be taken once 4 quizzes in units/ 50pts each Units 1, 5, 7, 8 Quizzes need to be completed during the unit that they are due Quizzes open on Wed, close on Tuesday – be sure to contact technical support if you are having technical difficulties, contact your professor if your quiz will be late

Grading Grades are updated by Sunday of each week Late work graded within 5 days after submission Late policies Reference your course syllabus
